Silent Devil Productions has provided us with an early look at five pages from the third issue of the hit series Dracula Vs. King Arthur - which features a 40 page story by Adam and Christian Beranek and art by Chris Moreno. The comic (ISBN: 0-9752582-5-7) arrives on stands Dec. 21st and will retail for $2.95.
The story follows Vlad Tepes, of the Dracul Order, who is in his final days with his empire about to be overrun by an advancing Turkish Army. Vlad will certainly be killed and have his remains spread across the countryside...unless he makes a deal with Lucifer himself. He will become Dracula, the first vampire, and go back to the days of Camelot to destroy King Arthur.
In previous issues, Dracula has plotted Camelot’s downfall from a distance while Arthur searched in vain for the Holy Grail. As the two legends headed towards a war, Lancelot was forced to begin his own quest — to save Guinevere!
The third issues finds Camelot is besieged by a nocturnal threat. Lamorak leads the Knight of the Round Table against the mysterious Black Knight and his vampire army. Arthur returns home to protect his kingdom and in the process discovers the true nature of evil.
