Charming, colorful full page drawings will engage young children’s attention while learning the days of the week, months of the year and introduced to the wonders of the natural world. For very young children it might be better to read just a few lines accompanying each illustration as their attention spans will likely be too short to remain interested through each page. Older children will enjoy learning about crab, seals, whales, glaciers, wildflowers, eagles and more as they absorb how many days are in each month and what makes a leap year. This is an appealing yet educational book to be enjoyed by the whole family.
