Now a group of doctors, who support the candidacy of McCain's rival Sen. Barack Obama, have called on the Arizona senator to release his full medical records to the public saying the American people require full accountability before they make their decision on Election Day.

"These are the limited facts the American people have had access to. Over 1000 pages of medical records were shown to selected journalists for 3 hours with less than 48 hours of notice."
Pointing out that a serious repetition of previous medical disorders could seriously affect his presidency even the possibility of it resulting in his death, the letter continues.

While the thought of any President dying in office is an eventuality no one would wish to contemplate, does the letter touch on an important and perhaps obvious right of American voters -- to have all the relevant information at their disposal before a candidate runs for the highest office in the land? While the debate begins to make its mark, it should be noted that the question of disclosure of candidates who have suffered bad health in the past is not limited to the Republicans though. Democratic Vice-Presidential running mate Joe Biden, who is a survivor from brain surgery to relieve a life-threatening aneurysm in 1988, has thus far elected not to release his medical records.

My attempt was to discuss the issue of the right of the American people to see the full records of ANY candidate who runs for office. Should this be mandatory or was the right to privacy paramount?
After all as one previous commentator said, how do we know Obama hasn't any life-threatening conditions? Or Biden? After all as I pointed out, he has had major brain surgery. But then why shouldn't the American candidates for president have the same privacy rights as anyone else?

Releasing a report that is absent any and all tests for neurology, including Alzheimer's, is the same as not RELEASING. The relevant material does not exist.

Also, if Personal health records are going to be such a concern, then Obama should release his completely, as well. I know lots of people in their high 80's, doing fine, such as McCain, who is NOT That Old! My brother-in-law just died suddenly from a massive heart attack, and doctors had given him a clean bill of health the day before. He was an active man, who died at only 59 years old. Age is only a number.
Religious or not, anyone who is half-way intelligent should be able to see through Obama's schemes. Those who can't, do not have my sympathy for what will come. He is already stirring up racial problems with people who overcame so many barriers previously. He, along with his wife, will cause a Civil War as well, which was instigated fully when Mrs. Obama, victoriously belted-out, "The First thing I will do when my husband becomes President, is Help MY OWN People!"

I have some comments about this whole thing.
The idea of having a 72 year old man run anything is insane. He probably shouldn't even drive a car at this point. The only thing he has going for him is he is not black and that is only working with the diminishing racist part of the USA. Take Joe the plumber for example, or rather, the guy who doesn't even have a plumbing license and is an uneducated liar. Under Obama he would actually save about $3000 per year with his current situation of being a dead beat loser. If he ever did find himself in a fantasy situation that he could purchase a company that made over $250,000 he should be grateful for the inheritance money and the people who currently work there, should quit and find new jobs before Joe the not Plumber, runs the company into the ground, in which case, he wouldn't be making more the $250,000 per year anyways. He is a racist piece of nothing and is a perfect example of what McCain has going for him, nothing. HE IS 72! He couldn't even get a job at Walmart. How the hell is he making decisions even as a Senator at this point is also quite puzzling? The idea of McCain being president is so silly that if he does win, it will prove that the entire election was rigged, although we already know that don't we GWB?
Secondly, people who are smart enough to make $250,000 in one year are more then smart enough to simply break a company into two parts, if avoiding the tax increase is the desired outcome. People who spend their entire life making say $45,000 per year or whatever is the average income, are just lazy and tend to be the type of people who blame others instead of taking responsibility for themselves. So, to help their pathetic lives, I propose, that they should really pay no tax at all, so they have more money to go buy that big screen tv so they can sit in front of it and do nothing with the rest of their lives just like they've been doing, they'll still live pay check to pay check, but that guy who is self employed making $250,000 per year, is going to figure out how to make $300,000 per year realll fast, by selling big screen tv's, 30" rims, suv's, and all the other useless mind numbing 'toys' to the sheep.
Third, the mind numbing poor excuse for proper education is to blame for the entire US situation, period. With proper education, people will demand better leaders, real leaders, not business men who lie, with proper education people will demand health care, proper education will lead to new inventions and progress that actually help the human progression and evolution.
