Director Brett Ratner hilariously revealed his modus operandi as a bon vivante and man about town on Howard Stern's Sirius XM radio show.

Ratner is a self professed "germaphobe" who makes his chicks take STD tests before he does the business. Lindsay Lohan was one of many.
Ratner spilled his mating ritual secrets on Monday morning's Howard Stern Show, including the fact that he made the troubled actress go to his doctor and get checked for STDs before the two had sex.
Ratner and Lohan dated for a few months in 2006, according to the Examiner
Ratner requires a doctor's clearance for sexy times to appease his germ fears:
"Before I have sex with a girl, I do do one weird thing," said Ratner. "I do take ‘em to the doctor and check ‘em out. I’m like a cootie freak. I’m a germaphobe. I’m a hypochondriac. Before I go all the way, I send the girl to the doctor and check them for everything. My doctor has a test to tell if you’re going to catch something in the future even."
Lohan checked out 'clean' back then and the couple did the business until Ratner was allegedly cheating on her with Victoria's Secret model Alina Puscau.
