Their spokesperson told People "It was completely mutual and they both decided it was time to move on."Timberlake, 30, and Biel, 29, were last seen as a couple at the Vanity Fair post-Oscars party on Feb. 27 according to People.TV actor Tony Danza, 60, officially filed for divorce from Tanya Robertson after years of separation.US Magazine reports that the "Who's the Boss?" star married Robertson in 1986, separated in 2006, and they have two daughters together.Danza has two other children with his first wife, who he divorced in 1974.
