Stunned Lindsay Lohan broke down in tears as she was sentenced to 90 days in jail for violating her probation.
Lindsay violated probation by failing to attend her alcohol education classes based on the schedule set by the judge.
All Lindsay's crying and excuse making rolled of the judge's gavel, over the continued Lohan pattern of violations since 2007, following her plea bargain in her DUI case.
"I don't want you to think I don't respect you," cried Lohan.
Lohan must surrender on July 20 in Judge Revel's court.
TMZ reports that the news is not as dire as everyone first reported. Sheriff's spokesperson Steve Whitmore revealed that Lohan may only serve 25% of her sentence, for a total of 23 days behind bars.
