Famous for fame's sake, the ex "Hills" actress Heidi Montag has dabbled in rap, hair care products, reality TV and praising the Lord to further her cause: More fame, with wild-eyed Spencer Pratt in tow.

Although of late, Pratt is noticeably absent from the tabloids and must be working his Machiavellian charms behind the scenes for his muse, the Colorado Blondie who took it upon herself to fully rejig via a marathon session of plastic surgery.
Now Heidi's enormous enhanced breasts are unleashed for the paps and the tabloids to feast over, as she makes "an appearance" ($$) at some Vegas poolside to pose in a barely there bikini, as we marvel at the size of the surgical shoe horn the Doctor must have had to use to squeeze in an implant the size of Andre the Giant's head over her teeny frame.
Well, there's a look for everyone, and Heidi's look is crafted from 10 plastic surgery operations in one day. She seemed fine before all this tweaking.
Montag showed her wares in a bikini Saturday while hosting the Liquid Pool at Aria at CityCenter Las Vegas. Her breasts looked hard and uncomfortable, almost like someone's butt cheeks had been transplanted on her tiny ribcage.
Montag, 23, told Jay Leno she cannot make her boobs any bigger: "I legally can't right now. The limit is 800cc and I have 700cc."
