Allegedly fired from haute couture house Ungaro, allegedly drinking her way through olde London and allegedly not working but penning her sotted memoirs, Lindsay Lohan is suing E-trade for a $100 Million dollar payday.
Milkawhat?????????London calling: Lindsay Lohan Fame Pictures, Inc - Santa Monica, CA, USA
The actress claims the clever baby ads the website employed in their campaign has used her name unlawfully.
A television ad for the Wall Street firm that aired during the Super Bowl and Olympics is claimed to be a depiction of the addicted, struggling actress.
Talking babies in the ad refer to a "milkaholic Lindsay."
Lohan's New York lawyer contends that "Lindsay" is an equally recognizable moniker for her client — like the names of Cher, Fabio, Cheerios, Flipper, Sanjaya, Oprah or Madonna.
An E-Trade spokeswoman is declining to comment.
DDA says E-Trade is a stong BUY, Lohan is a SELL.
