Even Rihanna cannot rock white pumps, video proof

Rihanna is known for her avante garde approach to fashion, hairstyles and music performances.

She is a bit of Lady Gaga and Grace Jones rolled into one with her "I don't care what people think of my look" brazenness when she appears suddenly with an "Aliens" inspired hairdo or half her head shaved off.

She's young, rich and has really pretty eyes.  That lets you get away with murder.

But someday Rihanna will be 34, then 46, then solidly performing in Las Vegas.

At the Echo Awards in Berlin a few nights ago, Rihanna did an artsy Vegas-y stage show with horny robots and a hairstyle straight from the great Moe Howard of the Three Stooges. 

The hairstyle befit the Brooklyn jewish kid Moses Horwitz, a scrappy funny man who was part of a comedy trio with Larry Fine (nee Louis Fineberg) and Curly Howard (Jerome Horwitz), the famous Three Stooges.

For Rihanna, not so much.

The Barbados singer danced in a racy threesome with two gigantic robots that ended with a squirt to her eye.

The biggest fashion offense was not the Moe bowl cut Rihanna was rocking, it was those awful white pumps.

White shoes, next to Gaucho pants, eighties' shoulder pads and suspenders on women are dreadful.  Especially white pumps, which would make a tiny six 6 foot look like a size 11 Paris Hilton gunboat.  Men, this goes for you too; white shoes are a sure fire way to destroy any fashion cred you might have.  Brides usually have to wear them but they have the advantage of a large poofy dress covering them up for the most part.
