Heidi Montag must wake up every morning and ask, "What would Jesus do today?"

In evangelical Christian Heidi's world, Jesus not only walked on water, but most likely would have egged her on to flaunt that God-given beauty to the all the world.
But to say Montag's looks were God-given is a stretch.
More like Beverly Hills plastic surgeon-given assets to titillate and reap earthly financial rewards, as she is set to bare all for second Playboy cover.
Montag crows: 'I cannot wait to show off my new assets'
Heidi Montag made her first public appearance since her plastic surgery spree in Las Vegas on Feb. 14.
Taking a page from Jocelyn Wildenstein's book, Montag isn't through with plastic surgery.
Montag shared with People.com that she'll be getting more nips and tucks "eventually … for maintenance."
Montag, 23, confirmed to RadarOnline.com that the second shoot will be "soon, very soon."
She told People magazine her favorite overhauled body part was her chin: "My favorite part, I think one of them is my chin. I think that's what I was so excited about," she revealed.
As far as the breasts go, Montag wants to pump up the already hyper-inflated volume:
"I love my boobs but I still want to improve," she told People. "I didn't get them as big as I originally wanted."
The new Playboy shoot will reveal the full Monty, according to Speidi.
The recent list of Montag renovations include mini-brow lift, Botox, nose job, fat injections in her cheeks and lips, a chin reduction, liposuction to her neck, her ears pinned back, buttocks augmentation, liposuction to her waist and thighs and breast augmentation revision.
