Imagine a world where stupid, careless people who have no clue on how to properly raise children were allowed to do so.

Star of the HBO new animated series, "The Ricky Gervais Show," Mr. Gervais was in fine form having a laugh, and making a point as he told TimesOnline to sterilize the ignorant before they breed.
"Sterilize irresponsible people before they have children," joked Ricky Gervais.
But was he really having a laugh, or just saying what many think?
Ricky Gervais and his girlfriend Jane Fallon are childless.
Gervais, 48, claimed there were too many unfortunate children born to those without means or ability to properly and responsibly raise them.
Ricky tells the TimesOnline: ‘If they all had a good quality of life, no one would complain. What there is, is too many useless people. Too many people who shouldn’t have children.’
Gervais based his remarks not on class, but squarely on how responsible parents were for their financial and educational status.
“I’d never impose someone not being able to have kids because they were poor.”
