The Sun reports SuBo's "worried" brother is fearful the small town lassie may well wind up like the late John Lennon, cut down in her prime by a crazed fan.
John Boyle spoke candidly to the Sun when SuBo returned home from recording our Helping Haiti single and was confronted by an intruder on her stairs.
The Sun claims that she spotted two strangers peering through her back window at Christmas time as well.
John, 59, told the Sun: "I am very upset about the lack of security. Her management company are too busy counting the money Susan has made them to consider her safety.
"This it the second time something has happened to Susan at her home and it is extremely worrying.
"Susan is a massive world star and needs better protection.
"You look at what happened to John Lennon in New York - it's really worrying."
The Britain's Got Talent star is Scottish stubborn: "I'm not going anywhere - nobody's pushing me out of my house.
"I'm absolutely fine but it was very concerning for everyone. I think he got more of a scare than I did because he ran off."
"The matter is in hand. The police have been excellent."
The Sun reports that the teen-aged intruder, (they estimate his age at 16) had been "rummaging through belongings but fled empty-handed when SuBo returned with a woman pal at 9.40pm on Tuesday."
