UPDATE: TMZ.com has heard from Yale Galanter, Mueller's atotrney who says Brooke is NOT rehabbing but "convalescing" at a facility.

This news comes after yesterday's reveal that Denise Richards, Sheen's ex wife, got herself booked on Oprah for some public face time with the queen of daytime chat to reveal even more opinion and speculation about her ex's current marriage.
Brooke is reportedly recovering from pneumonia and now has entered treatment at a facility in North Carolina.
The National Enquirer reported that she and Charlie were drinking and snorting cocaine through the holidays and the fateful night of their Christmas-time domestic dispute that landed Charlie in the clink, with a new mug shot to add to his collection.
TMZ claimed that Brooke and her mother had flown to the Elizabeth City Regional Airport in North Carolina yesterday. TMZ claims they landed at 5:58 PM ET. Brooke told people at the airport, "I'm not feeling very well."
Should Brooke be considered for Dr. Drew's Celebrity Rehab? Or as a team, both she and Charlie? You can bet good money that Pinsky's bookers are looking for an in.
