The denials are pouring into the media from sources "close" to Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, discounting the rumors ignited by the UK's News of the World, which claimed the starry duo were divvying up the assets and moving on.

A report that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are splitting is "totally false" according to People.com, Perez Hilton and some other celebrity newsers.
London's News of the World is sticking tight to their story.
"The paperwork is already organized for a breakup - and for it to be as unmessy for them as possible," the London paper reported Sunday.
Canadian journalist Ian Halperin revealed hearsay from a "close friend" of Pitt's who leaked the news that Pitt is "miserable" and ready for a career makeover, being usurped in the headlines and the roles by younger, hotter actors.
The tabloids allege that Angie's crazy ways have gotten the better of Pitt's Midwestern sensibilities. Pitt is from a close tight-knit family who never really took to Angelina.
"I love Brad and am in his corner all the way. I feel so bad for him because Angie put him through the ringer. I can confirm that his relationship with Angie is over," the pal told Halperin, author of the book, "Brangelina: The Untold Story of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie."
The children will reportedly live full-time with Jolie, the News of the World report said.
Us Weekly reported Friday that Jolie is not fond of New Orleans and prefers Chateau Miraval, their 1,000-acre, $70 million estate in Provence, France.
The National Enquirer reported that Pitt and Jolie had a huge row Jan. 6 inside the Alto restaurant in midtown Manhattan.
Both actors were MIA at the Golden Globes last week and the Screen Actors Guild Awards on Saturday night, where there was an uncomfortable moment when his castmates from award-winning "Inglourious Basterds" were asked about his absence by Foxnews.com.
"You've got Jacky Ido (a fellow cast member) all the way from France," actor Eli Roth mumbled to Fox's Pop Tarts entertainment column.
People "close" to Jolie and Pitt are working overtime to squelch and manage the rumors, but experienced observers understand that flacks are hired to manage and distract negative press for their clients, and that they will lie outright to protect their clients.
The information management at the beginning of the unraveling Pitt-Aniston marriage and simultaneous Pitt-Jolie "Mr and Mrs Smith" movie set affair was a study in the mendacious ways of the Hollywood publicist.
