Celebrity horror show parenting is out in full force today as moms Alla Kournikova and Shauna Sand take the WTF cake.

Everyone jokes about bad Hollywood parents, and rightfully so. The town has an illustrious history of self-centered damaged people who procreate for selfish reasons and continue the dysfunctional misery for a new generation to experience up close and personal.
Hollywood history is full of alleged bad parenting.
Judy Garland, Joan Crawford, Bing Crosby, Marlene Dietrich, Eddie Fisher, Jaid Barrymore, Dina Lohan, Michael Lohan, Britney Spears, Courtney Love, Woody Allen, Ryan O'Neal, Jon Voight, David Hasselhoff, John Phillips and many more you can fill in for me below.
The offenses to their children are legendary; the stuff that inspires many a page-turning memoir.
But in today's news, two moms are standouts.
First, Anna Kournikova's Mom Alla faces felony child neglect charges after the tennis star's five year-old half-brother fell from a second-story window at his house Tuesday, police said.
Kournikova was arrested and charged with one count of third-degree child neglect after police told West Palm Beach affiliate WPBF-TV she left the five year-old child at home to run errands.
In excess of 50 minutes. A five year-old.
A police affidavit states that "(Alla) Kournikova knowingly left her 5-year-old son in her residence unsupervised and "with a cell phone just in case" for in excess of 50 minutes" and that she "failed to provide the necessary supervision to maintain the child's physical well being."
Palm Beach police were called at about 2 p.m. to Alla Kournikova's home, where a 911 caller reported the boy, Allen, was injured after jumping from an open second-story window.
According to WPBF's report, the child told them he jumped from the window and went into the family pool because "his feet hurt." According to police, the second-story roof is about 15 feet from the ground, and the boy landed in a crushed stone walkway, bruising his feet and lower back.
Alla Kournikova is it for little Allen, he has no other primary caregiver to look out for him.
Shoddy celebrity parenting has been representing on the D-List as well; enter porn star and ex wife to actor Lorenzo Lamas, Shauna Sand, who has been given the name "Empress of Lucite" by celebrity blogger Michael K of DListed.com.
And she has earned it.

The two young girls shown are Sand's and Lamas' daughters, (they have three daughters together) and their body language conveys many emotions.
Mostly they appear annoyed at the childish need for their plasticized mother to tip-off paparazzi and bust out the Goth doilies or perhaps their late grandfather Fernando Lamas' mother's Mantilla over black underwear in public.
