Beth Ostrosky talks about wedding with Howard Stern

Howard Stern’s new wife spoke to the media about the secretive nuptials that happened this past Friday in New York.

On Friday, “Extra” special correspondent Beth Ostrosky married Howard Stern and the newlywed reveals wedding secrets.

Ostrosky told “Extra” today, “[It was an] amazing night. Mark Consuelos was a perfect reverend. Natalie Maines sang as we walked down the aisle together. Jimmy Kimmel gave a reading (funny one!). Howard and I said our vows. Reception filled with all of our friends — Phoebe Snow, Pat Monahan…Billy Joel sang and John Stamos on drums. All at Le Cirque. Some guests included Donald Trump, Barbara Walters, Chevy Chase, Kelly Ripa, Jimmy Kimmel, Sarah Silverman, John Stamos, Tommy & Thalia Mottolla, Joan Rivers, Steve Schirripa….”

Ostrovsky noted that along with the mentioned, there were 180 guests that included old-school media stars as well as the surprising attendee, Chevy Chase, who once publicly warred with Stern on the air in the nineties.

The couple were serenaded by 1970s chanteuse Phoebe Snow, who sang the wedding classic “You Send Me,” according to The Associated Press.

The wedding took place at Le Cirque restaurant in Manhattan, and the bride wore a traditional white chiffon gown for the ceremony.

Stern had long said in past interviews he would not wed Ostrosky for fear that making it official would ruin the couple’s romance. The shock jock was married to his first wife, Alison,  for 23 years and had three daughters — a “solid” romance he paid homage to in his “Private Parts” memoir and movie.
