London: Rent Remixed, a new version of the Pulitzer Prize winning musical, plays its final performance today at the Duke of York's Theatre.

Starring in the production is Oliver Thorton as Mark, Craig Stein as Benny, Jessie Wallace as Maureen, Luke Evans as Roger, Jay Webb as Angel, Leon Lopez as Collins, Francesca Jackson as Joanne, and Siobhan Donaghy as Mimi.

Rent features music, lyrics, and a book by Jonathan Larson and is based on the Puccini opera La Boheme. The creative team includes choreography by Marlies Yearby, design by Mark Bailey, costume design by Angela Wendt, lighting design by David Howe, and sound design by Sebastian Frost.

This production is a new contemporary take on Jonathan Larson's Rent. Set in New York City's East Village, it's an emotionally stirring story of a community of young artists struggling to live and celebrate life. A penniless songwriter, Roger, stricken with Aids has given up on life until he meets his beautiful neighbor, Mimi, who is also Aids stricken.
