Matthew Morrison Joins A Naked Girl On The Appian Way

Joining them will be Susan Kelechi Watson, James Yaegashi, Leslie Ayvazian, and Ann Guilbert.
It was just announced that Morrison would leave his Tony nominated role in A Light in the Piazza on August 28th. He will go straight into rehearsals for the play after that.
The comedy is set to premiere Septmber 9th at the American Airlines Theater and officially open on October 6th for a limited run through November 27th.
A Naked Girl on the Appian Way follows the chain reaction of revelations unearthed in a neighborhood when two siblings return to their American home following a year-long excursion in Europe. A successful author and cooking-show host and socially-inept eccentric genius of sorts are at the head of the family in the play.
