Billy Crystal Wants 700 Sundays To Tour

New York700 Sundays"I’m fascinated by taking it to the West End and seeing how the family would play over there," he said. The best work I've ever done in my life has been 700 Sundays. It's reconnected me with myself and reminded me of what I do best, which is performing in front of people."As for taping the show for television, Crystal is not so sure. "I've been away from the stage on a regular basis for 15, 16 years. I've been lonely on the stage. The experience on stage has been so exhilarating, that this is all I want to do right now."Billy Crystal’s dad died when the comedian was just 15. He worked three jobs throughout his life, leaving only 700 Sundays for father and son to spend together. In 700 Sundays, Crystal takes an autobiographical look at his life and the people and events that made him who he is.The show will close on June 12th.
