Joan Rivers to Play Scottish Comedy Festival

Glasgow, UK - Joan Rivers, Paul Merton, Jerry Sadowitz and Julian Clary are all set to perform at this year's Glasgow international comedy festival.

The announcement was made yesterday as local comedienne Karen Dunbar launched the event.
A spokesman for The StandOut Comedy Agency, said: "We aim to have something for everyone with lots more kids shows, comedy workshops, a tour of community venues and lots of late-night cabaret."
50,000 tickets are on sale for the festival, which will run March 10-26; details on booking can be found on the Web site.
