Osbourne, who looks after several acts including spouse Ozzy, wants to take Minnelli's singing career to a younger audience. Minnelli has been without a manager since her split up with husband David Gest last year.
Osbourne said: "I had a long chat with Liza Minnelli. I think I could rescue her.
"She is a massive talent and could still cut it with a younger crowd."
Though she will have to get out of hospital first and has several ongoing law suits pending.
