The Overwhelming closes today

The Overwhelming is the gripping story of an American family, newly arrived in Kigali, Rwanda, in early 1994, who come face-to-face with the realization that nothing and no one around them is what they understood it to be. New York: The Roundabout Theater production of J.T. Rogers' The Overwhelming plays its final performance today at the Laura Pels Theater.
Starring in the drama is Chris Chalk, Ron Cephas Jones, Tisola Logan, Boris McGiver, Owiso Odera, Charles Parnell, Linda Powell, James Rebhorn, Sam Robards, Michael Stahl-David, and Sharon Washington.
The creative team includes design by Tim Shortall, lighting design by David Weiner, costume design by Tobin Ost, and sound design by Gareth Fry. Max Stafford-Clark directs.
