New York: Tracy Letts' August: Osage County opens today at the Lyceum Theater. The production, which played earlier this year at Chicago's Steppenwolf Theatre, stars Ian Barford, Deanna Dunagan, Kimberly Guerrero, Francis Guinan, Dennis Letts, Mariann Mayberry, Amy Morton, Sally Murphy, Jeff Perry, Rondi Reed, Troy West, and Brian Kerwin. The play was originaly set to open on November 20th. but the date was changed due to the Local One stagehands strike.
The creative team includes set design by Todd Rosenthal, costume design by Ana Kuzmanic, lighting design by Ann Wrightson, and sound design by Richard Woodbury.
