Anthony Flanagan withdraws from Glengarry Glen Ross

London: Anthony Flanagan has withdrawn from the London production of Glengarry Glen Ross, which is currently in previews, due to personal reasons. The actor will be replaced by Peter McDonald. Due to this casting change, opening night at the Apollo has been pushed back two days to October 12th. Starring in the David Mamet play is Jonathan Pryce, Aidan Gillen, Matthew Marsh, Paul Freeman, Peter McDonald, Tom Smith, and Shane Attwooll.The creative team includes direction by James McDonald, design by Anthony Ward, and lighting design by Howard Harrison.In Glengarry, a new boss in a real estate firm tries to edge out some of the firm's older salesmen by giving the better leads to the younger reps.
