New cast for Spelling Bee

New York: Broadway's The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee will welcome a new cast on April 17th. Joining will be:

Mo Rocca as Douglas Panch
Jennifer Simard as Rona Lisa Perretti
Aaron J. Albano as Chip Tolentino
Stanley Bahorek as Leaf Coneybear
Jenni Barber as Olive Ostrovsky
Sara Inbar as Logainne Schwartzandgrubenierre
Greta Lee as Marcy Park
James Monroe Iglehart as Mitch Mahoney

Jared Gertner will continue to star as William Barfee.

The musical opened at The Circle in the Square theater on May 2, 2005 and follows 10 contestants (six actors, four audience members) as they battle each other to be the spelling champion of Putnam County.
 
The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee won two 2005 Tony Awards for Best Featured Actor (Dan Fogler) and Best Book (Rachel Sheinkin).
