Steve Wilson will join the touring company of Sweet Charity on November 17th during the tour's stop in Salt Lake City. Wilson will star as Vittorio Vidal.
The national tour of the recent Broadway revival of Sweet Charity opened on September 19th at San Diego's Civic Theatre. Headlining the production is Molly Ringwald as Charity Hope Valentine. Joining her is Amanda Watkins as Nickie, Kisha Howard as Helene, Richard Ruiz as Herman, Aaron Ramey as Vittorio, Guy Adkins as Oscar, and David Glaspie as Daddy.
The ensemble features Angel Reda, Laquet Sharnell, Colin Cunliffe, Keven Quillon, Sae La Chin, Rhea Patterson, Tonya Wathen, Nova Bergeron, and Merrit Tyler Hawkins.
The musical features lyrics by Dorothy Field, music by Cy Coleman, and a book by Neil Simon. The creative team features choreography by Wayne Cilento, set design by Scott Pask, costume design by William Ivey Long, and lighting design by Brian MacDevitt.
