London: The 39 Steps begins its West End run today at the Criterion Theatre. Starring in the play, which is based on the Alfred Hitchcock film of the same name, stars Charles Edwards, Catherine McCormack, Rupert Degas, and Simon Gregor.
The 39 Steps has been penned by John Buchan and adapted by Patrick Barlow based on an original concept by Simon Corble and Nobby Dimon. The creative team features design by Peter McKintosh, lighting design by Ian Scott, and sound design by Mic Pool.
The production is set to run through January 13, 2007.
