Kathleen Turner and Bill Irwin to tour with Virginia Woolf

Just as the London production of Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf winds down comes news that the production is not done yet. Variety is reporting that Kathleen Turner and Bill Irwin will stay with the drama during an upcoming five month U.S. tour.

According to the report, the tour will begin on January 1, 2007 at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. and make stops in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Tuscon.Kathleen Turner, Bill Irwin, David Harbour, and Mireille Enos as Honey are currently starring in the West End production of the play at the Apollo Theatre, which is set to close on May 13th.The Broadway production at the Longacre Theater closed on September 5, 2005 after 177 performances.In Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf, an embittered professor and his domineering wife turn an evening of no holds barred drinking into an evening of mind games and sexual intrigue.
