New York: The nominees for the Outer Critics Circle Awards have been announced. Leading the pack this year is The Pajama Game with eight nominations and Grey Gardens with seven. The nominees are as follows:

The only Broadway production the Nominating Committee did not get to see prior to the cutoff date, was Tarzan and therefore will consider the production for next season's awards.
The Outer Critics Circle is an organization of writers and commentators covering New York theater for out-of-town newspapers, national publications and other media beyond Broadway.
The winners will be announced on Monday, May 15th and the annual awards ceremony will be held on Thursday, May 25th at 4pm at the legendary Sardi's Restaurant.
