Jan 19, 2006, 11:49 GMT
New York - 'Pretty Woman' star Julia Roberts hasn't even begun preparing for her Broadway debut in April - and ticket sales are already booming.
The Hollywood star, who gave birth last year to twins, will appear in the Richard Greenburg drama, 'Three Days of Rain'.
The New York Post reported Wednesday that the Bernard B. Jacobs Theater, where the play will be performed, cashed in 4 million dollars in the first three days of ticket sales. That's in addition to the 7 million dollars sold to ticket agents beforehand.
The play begins previews on March 28th, and officially opens on April 19th for a run through June 18th. Roberts will play the role of a woman mourning the death of her father.
