From Monsters and Critics.com Middle East News Damascus - A car bomb in the Syrian capital Damascus Saturday morning has killed 17 civilians, national news agency SANA reported. Fourteen people were injured when the bomb went off near the busy Sayyida Zainab district. There is a mosque in the area that is visited by Shiite pilgrims, many of whom travel to Syria from Iran.
