i think my iphone might be going in the garbage
my iPhone sucks!! if I compared to the G1, Ill be changing to T-Mobile and get the phone!
Few questions to whomever may know: 1. Does the G1 allow Microsoft attachments within email? 2. How many email addresses can be defined? 3. Does the G1 allow user to access his Outlook mail, calendar, and contacts? 4. Is the Outlook calendar and contact info automatically sync'd with the G1? 5. When email or calendar appointments are sent to your email account will user get automatically notified?
Just want to know: can I run microsoft office applications like Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc?

THe Phone is 299.99 with an upgrade or two year contract.
Well 2 answer some question the G1 comes with a 1gb memory card n its not $299.99 with an upgrade or 2 yr contract.....its actually $178.99 with an upgrade or 2 yr contract and after taxes n fees you'll actually end up paying a total of $210.00 for the new G1....I know because I actually already ordered mine n can't wait 2 get it

Will the G1 be compatable with the MAC? I am using a Shadow right now and am in love with this google phone, and I am wondering if it's going to be compatable with my Mac. Also, how come you cannot upgrade for a white one? Only brown and black? If I were to upgrade it would be $299 because I am not that close to my contract renewal, just to let people know.
I feel that the T-Mobile G1 is a fusion of the iPHONE and the T-Mobile Wing. What a great mix, in my opinion.
This phone sounds like something I will be interesting in, but does anybody know if black would be the only color they offer????

i am currently a T-Mobile customer and i went in the store to get an upgrade. the phone i originally wanted was out of stock and i was ready to walk out, not in a rude way however. it was obvious the salesmen didn't want my business to go elsewhere so he said, 'well, if you wait just one more month, you can get the new G1 Phone.' i was like 'huh??' so he explained to me about the phone. sounded tempting. i was intrigued. so he brought me to his counter, went to t-mobile.com and showed me what the phone looked like. and right then, i wished the phone was already in stores! now this wonderful salesmen put a hold for me on the G1 phone. and as soon as my local T-Mobile store has it, so will i. :)
how come when i checked to see how much this COOL PHONE was with my upgrade it said that my total price on the phone was $299.99 + taxs+upgade fee. Making my total to be $344.22? for just one phone????

Wow, my girl just bought an iphone and was bragging because it wasnt available for t-mobile...who's laughing now!? and for 214 dollars!?!? this is a steal...thank god t-mobile finally got their 3G up and rolling!
I just did my pre order for my G1 phoone. I'm forever changing phones mine cost 330 something because it's not time for me to upgrade which is still good because the retail price is 399 but you get a instant 100 bucks off. I so think it's worth it i have a black berry right now. I think this is every phone i've had in one which is a sidekick wing and black berry. I can not wait til the 22nd to get mine. Far as the color i'm feeling the all black. I know the white would get dirty because of the type of work i do and i don't care for brown i had that with the sidekick lx phone.
Can you check your hotmail with this phone?
Yes. I orderd mine and it came out to bout 210.99. Its basically a more advancd/mature sidekick.
Its sex. Ill cherish it.
